27 May Intention Stones
As part of yesterday’s lochside Ceremony, Gail & Mark had carefully gathered and decorated stones from the Tay, and had then spent time imbuing them with the intention they hold for life together as husband and wife.
At the end of the ceremony, we (the photographer, videographer and I) stepped away and Gail and Mark threw the stones into the loch where the words on them can be broken down by the elements and brought back to them in form.
This is a really beautiful ritual if you are having a betrothal/marriage/commitment ceremony close to water.
Life really is an adventure.
