The Aye Do Ring Blessing Stone

Little did I know when I spotted this beautiful stone in a wee shop in the Outer Hebrides a few years ago, that it would become one of the most loved of the Aye Do ritual items. Blessed in ritual at the Callanish Standing Stones, so that whenever rings are placed within it they are imbued with the sacred energy of that ancient place, the Blessing Stone brings a potent depth to any Ceremony. This billion[s] year old stone which has existed far beyond our human time frame, has travelled through time and space gathering the wisdom of the ages along the way.

I fear I don’t have the eloquence to really do it justice, but there’s something deeply profound & magical happens when the ring stone takes its’ place in the Ceremony space. It’s like a gentle hush falls over the whole room, and like a mighty sorcerer, the stone casts a spell over all present.

“We ask that these rings be blessed this day. We ask that the metal always remembers the vows and promises that have been made here today. We ask that the rings always remember the intention you each hold in your heart for your life together. But most of all, we ask that no matter how far apart these rings may travel, they will each always trying to come home to the other.”
